Terugbetalingsbeleid

This is a digital product. After payment, the files are available to unlock straight away.

If you have not yet unlocked the files, contact us and we will refund the order.

Once the files have been unlocked, we do not offer a refund. If a file is damaged or will not download, write to us and we will replace it or refund you.

If you are entitled to withdraw from a digital purchase under local law, that right may end once download or unlock has started, where you have agreed to that at checkout.
